We often overlook the health of our breasts until they need our attention, but there are many things we can do ourselves to improve the health of the tissues, help remove fluid and toxins, release scar tissue from injury or surgery, and improve overall breast health. Our breasts, like the rest of us, are ever-changing and deserve regular self-care. While this class was founded for cancer survivors through the Oregon Cancer Foundation, it has since evolved to serve womxn in all stages of life who are eager to learn more about breast health and self lymphatic massage.

Hi! I’m Kimby, founder of Beyond Bodywork, LLC and a full-time massage therapist in Eugene, OR in private practice since 2000. I specialize in lymphatics, oncology, hypermobility, post-surgical massage, and pelvic floor therapy, which has inspired my unique approach called Lymphatic Fusion™.
